These Terms apply to the Materials, Services, and any resources provided through the E-TravelFare Web Site. Online flight booking services will be referred to as Services, all textual or graphical materials as Materials, and the flight booking engine as a Tool. During booking or post-booking, E-TravelFare may provide program-specific Terms of Service.
This digital property is made available to help customers collect information on flights and book domestic or international travel. By continuing to use this site, you voluntarily accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER BELOW.
E-TravelFare LLC does not provide its own flight service; it markets flight services offered by third-party airlines. Booking airfares include fuel surcharges, service fees, taxes, and airport-imposed charges. By booking through this site, you authorize E-TravelFare or its affiliates to enter into flight reservations on your behalf.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account security is compromised, contact customer service at +1-(628)-529-0915 or email info@etravelfare.com.
You may access travel information and book flights. Information submitted must be accurate. For international travel, passport details are required. E-TravelFare LLC assumes all information provided is correct.
If you find the same flight at a lower price on a U.S. booking site, you may request cancellation and refund, subject to documentation. E-TravelFare will verify and process refunds accordingly.

If your payment is declined, you will be notified by phone or email. Use another valid card to continue booking.
An infant is under 2 years of age throughout travel. Airlines allow only one lap infant per adult.
Tickets cannot be sold to unaccompanied minors under 18. Airline policies vary.
Travelers must meet foreign entry requirements. E-TravelFare is not responsible for denied boarding or entry.
Corrections are subject to airline rules. E-TravelFare will process requests, but acceptance is not guaranteed.
Cancellations within 24 hours may receive up to 90% refund. Most tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours. Airlines may offer credits instead of refunds. Contact +1-(628)-529-0915 for assistance.
Airlines may modify schedules for reasons including weather, demand, terminal changes, fuel prices, or emergencies. E-TravelFare is not liable for such changes.
E-TravelFare LLC strives to notify customers but cannot guarantee notice of all schedule changes. Travelers must reconfirm flight status 72 hours before departure.
You must stay informed of flight status via the airline, email, or SMS.
The site is provided “as is.” E-TravelFare is not liable for damages, viruses, data loss, or issues arising from use of the site or bookings.
Modifications apply to California residents. E-TravelFare acts only as an intermediary for airlines and is not responsible for airline performance.
By using the Site, you waive claims against E-TravelFare and its affiliates for events including delays, cancellations, loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or airline performance issues.
You agree to indemnify E-TravelFare and affiliates from claims arising from misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms follow the laws of Ohio, USA. Claims must be filed in Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise required.
All claims must be resolved through binding arbitration except small claims under $5,000. You waive rights to jury trials and class actions.
Unauthorized commercial use, scraping, hacking, or disrupting the site is prohibited. E-TravelFare may terminate your account for violations.
